WARRANTY
Sanchotena distributes its products adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety. However, if you receive defective products, we will immediately refund the cost of the product and the shipping fees.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Every user has a legal right of withdrawal that allows them to cancel their orders within a period not exceeding fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment the order is received, without the need for any justification.
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must notify us by sending an email to: info@sanchotena.com. Sanchotena will respond via the same means, providing the user with instructions on how to return the product.
Once the 14-calendar-day period has elapsed, Sanchotena will not accept returns based on the right of withdrawal.
The product must be returned with a copy of the delivery note or invoice. The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and in its original packaging; otherwise, the user will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal. The shipping cost will be borne by the buyer.
The return must be made within a maximum period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment Sanchotena provides the return instructions.
The refund for the amount paid for the product will be made within the period established by law. The reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method used by the User for the purchase unless the User agrees to a different payment method. In this case, the User must provide the necessary information to process the transfer.
