SHIPPING

Sanchotena ships orders to destinations in mainland Spain.

Delivery will take place within 3 to 5 working days.

If in any case the requested product is not in stock, the user will be notified by email. The order will be held until the product is available; at that time, shipping will be resumed under the conditions mentioned above. The user may cancel orders held for this reason if they so wish.

Shipping costs

The cost of shipping will be borne by the user and must be paid at the time of payment.

Our rates are as follows:

Spain €5.50.

Free shipping on orders over €90 in mainland Spain.

International Shipping:

Delivery 4 to 10 business days.

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia €15.00 .

Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Finland, Romania, Sweden €30.00.

Greece, Malta €35.00.

No shipments will be made to PO boxes.

During periods of high commercial volume such as Christmas, holiday periods or promotions such as Black Friday, we cannot guarantee that the order will be delivered on time, since we cannot be held responsible for delays by transport companies on these dates.
