Belle Epoque | Aldehydic Floral Note
100 years ago, modern perfumery was born, as we understand it today. It was the “Belle Epoque” and when the houses Guerlain, Chanel, Coty… were born. It was the birth of aldehydes in perfumes and the world of perfume became industrialized. Here is my tribute to that period of the 20th century. Volume V of this history.
