Imported from Tasmania, Acacia dealbata was so popular with the British that they not only cultivated it in their country, but also spread it to the south of France, where it hibernated. The essential oil, with its beneficial calming powers, was first produced in the 1940s. By reinterpreting it for us, Jean-Claude has captured the light spirit of spring. And, like the great perfumer that he is, he signs a Mimosa Tanneron that is an ode to tenderness, sweetness and the first emotions of love, evoked in the middle notes of Rose and Hawthorn.
