There are perfumes that merely accompany, and there are others that dare to face things head-on. Bon Vivant is born from that first look, the one that discovers instead of lamenting, the one that allows itself to be carried away by unexpected modernity. It is Sid Martens' inaugural gesture, entrusted to the hands of master perfumer Chris Maurice, and it feels like it: an unwavering declaration. Beneath its surface of contrasts—the elegance of darkness alongside the freshness of novelty—beats a distinct skin, an identity that debuts without asking permission. It doesn't seek to please; it seeks to leave a mark. Between the heaven and hell of its own complexity, between desire and indifference, Bon Vivant builds a story that begins where doubt ends. It is the beauty of creating with one's hands what was once only dreamed of in solitude, transformed into a perfume that doesn't imitate any previous skin, but rather unveils a new one forever.

Olfactory Notes

Top notes: Bergamot from the Segura River, Ginger from Axarquía, Incense from Dehesa, and Oud

Heart notes: Centifolia Rose, Royal Jasmine, Cypriol, Patchouli, and Spanish Leather accord

Base notes: Musk, Benzoin, Woody notes, Moss, and Oak

Sensations

The opening surprises with a spicy and smoky spark, where ginger intertwines with incense before oud asserts its gravity.

In the heart, Centifolia rose and royal jasmine soften the character with a floral luxury that Spanish leather makes more carnal, more present.

The base settles into a warm embrace of moss, oak, and benzoin, leaving a woody trail that lingers long after the perfume has spoken.

Occasions for use

A perfume for nights that demand presence: extended dinners, decisive encounters, any occasion where you want to be remembered more than just seen.

What makes it special

Its strength lies in the balance between the rough and the refined, in how leather and rose coexist without either yielding ground. It is an author's fragrance in the most literal sense: the signature of a perfumer who does not dilute their vision.

Bon Vivant isn't tried. It's debuted.
